1. Who you're contracting with
These Terms govern your use of SUVTaxWriteoff(the "Service"). The Service is operated by Desymphony EOOD, a Bulgarian limited liability company with registered office in Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].
2. Use of the Service
The Service is provided for your personal, informational use. You may freely read, share links to, and reference the public content. You may not scrape the entire site, mirror the manifests, or republish the content as your own. Automated scraping of the calculator endpoints is not permitted.
We do not collect personally identifying information through the calculator. The calculator runs entirely client-side; your inputs (purchase price, business-use percentage, state, vehicle selection) never POST to our server. We log only aggregate page views via Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2 (analytics_storage granted by default for US visitors; ad_storage denied).
3. Information disclaimer (YMYL)
The Service is informational, not tax advice. Tax law is complex and fact-specific. Eligibility for §179 and §168(k) bonus depreciation depends on your specific business use, depreciation history, prior-year carryforwards, total §179 property placed in service, listed-property rules, state-conformity rules that change at the state legislative level, recapture triggers, and other factors not modeled by the calculator.
Verify with a credentialed CPA, EA, or tax attorney before claiming any §179 or bonus depreciation deduction. Manufacturer GVWR specs change between model years; always confirm the current model-year spec at the dealer.
Citations to IRS publications, statutory text (Cornell LII), and state DOR pages are accurate as of the "Last verified" date shown alongside each citation. Federal and state tax law changes; check primary sources for current applicability.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desymphony EOODwill not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You assume full responsibility for any tax decisions based on information from the Service.
5. Third-party links
The Service links to third-party sites (manufacturer spec pages, IRS publications, Cornell LII, state DOR sites, related CPA-cluster sibling sites). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party site.
6. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
